We carry out a comparative study of similar houses to yours sold recently in your sector and submit to you the report of activity.

You can help us

by providing the following documents

For all houses:

  • Property title,
  • Property tax,
  • Housing tax,
  • House plan,
  • Cadastral map,
  • Regulation and specifications if the property is part of a condominium or subdivision,
  • Site reports for termites or other infestations,
  • The location of the property in relation to natural and technological risks.

For houses less than 10 years old:

  • Building permit,
  • Declaration of completion of work,
  • Certificate of conformity,
  • Damages/work insurance
  • Decennial contract

For houses over 10 years old:

  • Asbestos technical dossier for buildings built before 01/07/1997,
  • The diagnosis of the internal gas installation if it has been in place for more than 15 years
  • The lead report for buildings built before 01/01/1949.
