As part of the signing the lease, we give you the complete technical diagnosis of the house:
- Lead diagnosis: for houses built before 01/01/1949 (mandatory from 12/08/2008 for rental).
- Diagnostic of Energy Performance (DPE) (valid for 10 years).
- Natural and Technological Risks: for houses located in zones subject to a Risk Prevention Plan or defined as a flood zone (valid for 6 months).
